In Today's Youth

The family members of our clients (especially children ages 8-17) benefit from our intricate network of programs that focus on complete family support and stability, from the prospective of domestic wellness based upon demographical and sociological research.

Jus Tus Inc's targeted population are deprived at-risk youth, maintaining common living within public housing developments, low economical standards, high poverty census tracts, Dropouts, offenders, disabled, pregnant teens, limited English proficiency, and students with exceptionally high truancy problems. The targeted area has the worst performance rating in the Los Angeles school system. We are proposing an initiative that is a strategic partnership between, and led by, faith based and community based organizations that invite the traditional institutions to the table with us. The main focus is unity, we believe the problem of our communities are quickly being overtaken by apathy and gang related violence, social, and economic depression, only through community out-reach of partnerships can we reverse this social negative.

With on going participation of the programs activities, it is expected that the youth will internalize the concept and the skills that he/she is responsible for acquiring which are necessary to become a productive member of society, these may include changes in self presentation, life styles, attitudes, and behaviors. Program participants will acquire skills for goal setting, identifying personal lifestyles and employment objectives for the older youths will be included. As a support vehicle, this will enable our program to communicate with the parents, allowing us to bridge the lines of communication with schools, the gapping digital divide, and assisting in building a stronger family infra- structure from inside the home. We see communities (generational) educationally adjusting to the changing economics and world technology, for vision starts with today's generation, guiding juvenile and young adults into making positive choices that are conducive to their future.
